The owner of this first-floor flat in an attractive Victorian townhouse wanted to add another bedroom with access to a new roof terrace, overlooking Battersea Park. By removing half of the existing roof, we were able to create a well-proportioned double bedroom with an en suite and French doors leading onto the terrace. Built from timber, this was designed to require no additional structural support. As part of the project, I also oversaw a complete internal renovation of this attractive property.
