This period property was typically found in an unloved state of neglect and was in much need of attention to become two attractive refurbished dwellings very close to local amenities including the new Nine Elms Underground Station. My returning Clients once again engaged my services to provide extended dwellings and to add an additional habitable floor with access out onto a new roof terrace providing a place of quiet refuge from the hustling and bustling red routes of Vauxhall. I was commissioned to review and undertake space planning design to maximum the properties potential in terms of habitable spaces and appeal, whilst creating two modern refurbished dwellings within a previously overlooked quarter of the south-west London.
