This is was a recent commission, whereby the Developer Client once again appointed to me to resurrect a neglected property that was in need of love and attention and to create new dwellings over three storeys in Tooting - South London. I am often contacted by property developer's requiring consultation and my services to create appealing high quality, sensitivity designed new dwellings from larger former single dwellings that are large single family houses of a bygone age requiring considerable resources to provide

a sustainable energy efficient home to meet current Building Regulations. The reality is these larger former homes being used for smaller residential use, provide low carbon footprint sustainable homes, requiring minimum amount of construction to provide efficient attractive desirable dwellings within period characteristic buildings, whilst retaining those all important architectural details with additional enhancements and modernisation for today's living.
