Somertrees Avenue

Lewisham

My client approached RIBA for a list of Chartered Architects working in south-east London ahead of their purchase of this property, a semi-detached 1930s house in Grove Park. Having done their due diligence, and discussed my way of working, they commissioned me for the re-design and remodelling of their new home. A great admirer of the Art Nouveau movement, my client wanted to reflect this style in my designs for a new master suite within the existing loft space, and single-storey extensions to the property at the side and rear. My feasibility plan was accepted and, on the strength of a series of innocent sketches to illustrate my vision for their project, I went on to produce the drawings necessary for their planning application.
